Zumba classes at Physical Addiction are designed for beginners to advanced. You just go at your own pace and you will soon be moving like a pro, lose a lot of weight and dramatically increase your fitness level. The biggest advantage of ZUMBA is that its a ton of fun! Everybody loves Zumba!

Note: At Physical Addiction anyone can attend a Zumba Fitness class. You DO NOT need to be a member. Non members are welcome to participate in the Zumba classes ($10 per class).

You dont need to know how to dance, just follow the instructor and keep moving!
